Hi, my name is Kelly Post.

What I offer my patients are appearance treatments that give visible results and that will make you feel better about yourself and how you look.

​What I wish to achieve with The Skin Department is a great outcome for every patient who comes through my doors, every time. To make that happen I take great care to consult with you before any treatment, to ensure that the treatments we select for you are the right ones, that will achieve the results that you are looking for.

In December 2017 we made two big changes: I changed the name of my clinic from Appearance by Kelly to The Skin Department and with that we moved to new premises in Takapuna. We now have big and bright rooms and a wonderful, new environment for my patients.

APPEARANCE MEDICINE NURSE

Edwina started working in Appearance Medicine in 2014, having worked as a nurse in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand since 1982. She also has extensive experience in health and safety and trauma nursing.

Initially she started her appearance medicine training with Kelly for a large NZ owned national skin cancer/appearance medicine company on the North Shore then transitioned to a large busy Ponsonby clinic providing a menu of treatments to clients across Auckland.

Edwina is passionate about working with her clients to make them feel great about themselves, specializing in injectables, IPL and laser, PRP and dermal needling and ensuring they are also prescribed appropriate skincare to enhance results.

Edwina keeps her practice up to date by attending national conferences and training seminars, constantly upskilling and ensuring her clients are informed of new treatments and products available at the Skin Department.

Edwina believes her relationships with her clients are built on trust, a high level of safety and always mindful of maintaining privacy and confidentiality for them while delivering a personal, individual and professional experience.

PRACTICE MANAGER

Mya Saffer is our friendly Practice Manager. Mya is passionate about everything that we do. She is knowledgeable about all of our products and if she doesn’t have the answer she will find it for you.

RECEPTIONIST

I have been lucky enough to be part of The Skin Department and Naked Laser Studio team for 3 years now. I love working with a highly experienced team of people. Our clinic is professional and vibrant.

My passion for meeting people and looking after our existing clients is obvious.
